This company cancelled our online booking at short notice via email - even though they assured us the online booking would be honoured.
We didnt know it was cancelled untill it just didnt turn up - they should have text us the cancellation at the very least.
i therefore had to pay a lot of money to get another taxi
the email was also very unapologetic and made no efforts to make up for the cancellation
